My experience with this firm had its challenges, particularly regarding communication. Michelle was assigned to my case, and while she was always pleasant when reaching out to me, it was difficult to get updates when I initiated contact. At times, it felt like I had to make multiple calls and leave several voicemails just to get basic information, which was frustrating. I understand that law firms handle large caseloads, but even a periodic update—something as simple as, “We’re still negotiating with the insurance company, but we haven’t forgotten about you”—would have made a big difference in helping clients feel valued.
That being said, I appreciate the efforts made to address my concerns. After speaking with a manager, I felt truly heard. She took the time to listen and even took proactive steps to improve their automated system, making it easier for clients to reach someone in a higher position when needed. Her responsiveness and willingness to make changes left me with a more positive impression of the firm.
Given the recent improvements and my positive interaction with the manager, I am updating my review and star rating to reflect my improved experience. I appreciate the firm’s willingness to address concerns and make meaningful improvements for future clients.
